Shinjiro Hohoemi (微ほほ笑えみ真しん治じ郎ろう Hohoemi Shinjirō?), is also known as the villain Mr. Smiley (ミスター・スマイリー Misutā Sumairī?). Shinjiro is a passionate artist who aspires to share his work with others, though after failing to get into an art school and receive the recognition he desired, he eventually resorted to vandalism and villainy: graffitiing walls to portray his artwork. He is not malicious, only using his Quirk to deter anyone who tries to stop him, such as the Police Force and Pro Heroes.
