Light is a genius. Highly perceptive and a problem solver. However, intelligence and constant praise gave him severe hubris. Believing the world to be "rotten," he uses his Death Note as a means by which he can get rid of evil people. Light considers his actions a great "sacrifice" to fix the world. Light can have a cold and ruthless nature. He will use any means to reach his goals. His killings are known to be from "Kira". He goes on long internal monologues.
