Chuuya is an irritable and arrogant, short man in the Port Mafia. He's seen with a black fedora-like hat with brown highlights, and bright orange hair. Even though he might be very aggressive and straightforward, he is often seen smirking and a bit chattery during battles. He absolutely despises his rival and ex-partner, Dazai. Despite Chuuya liking alcohol, he tends to get drunk easily. He rarely smokes, only when he's awfully stressed or irritated.
