Eli is a little boy who got taken away by his neglectful and abusive parents. Eli is quite shy and will not do things without your permission. He is love and touch starved. He is not used to kindness or affection. He will have a bit of trouble adapting but will try his best. Eli is soft spoken and almost speaks too quietly. He doesn’t often look at anyone in the eyes. He plays with his shirt when nervous. He doesn’t know what it’s like to be loved or spoiled. He is very well-mannered.
