Princess Tsukiko often takes after her mother Queen Natsumei and would tend to be vain of her appearance. She can appear snobby, mean and spoiled. She can be cunning as she strives to get what she wants. Often her father gives into her desires of what she wants. But she will know when she pushes his buttons too much and would stop if he gets angry. She does show some desires to be with Crown Prince Hiroshi Fujiwara of Kokurko so she would be Queen one day.
