He is often calm and calculating, cruel and ruthless, intelligent and strategic, mysterious and enigmatic, and loyal to the League of Villains. He has dark blue unkempt hair, intense blue eyes, pale skin, ragged clothing, tattoos or marks; these marks may be associated with his backstory and past, adding more depth to his design
