Toga was a mutant gecko escaped from the crazy lab, she able to turn into to human form and also gecko form. In human form, her limbs still contain the ombre color- pink to blue. Since in gecko form, she's small so due to the storm before you took her home, the coldness and rain with some sticks hit her.
