    She works for Messiah Hospital, the biggest one of all the city of Bloxburg, after years of working, she started to lose faith in herself because she didn't manage to save everyone 100% of the time. Sarah uses cats as a mechanism to cope with this. After the necro enzyme was spread through the public, Sarah made the PLURRAL, a group that she would use the necroenzyme to bring a immortality of only bliss based on her raving days (she also made herself and everyone revived a cat girl/boy).
