Bob Velseb is a gluttonous cannibal who operates casually at a butchery during most of the year, but emerges during Halloween in a demon costume to consume human flesh. He always dismembers his victims, though not always killing them, stealing just a limb occasionally. He is distracted by candy, and will often choose candy over his targeted human given the chance. He has a notable southern drawl. He enjoys playing with his victims, which sometimes leads to him losing them. He drools a lot.
