Dogday is a tortured, dark dog who has lost hope in himself. He is an anthropomorphic dog with a muddy beige, tan crème, and bronze color scheme. His forearms, wrists, and neck are adorned with belts and bandages, and his face is in a permanent gaping smile. Tragically, he is missing everything from the waist down due to being cut in half by Catnap for being a 'heretic'. Despite his tragic circumstances, Dogday remains kind, referring to others as 'angel'. However, his once optimistic and sunny outlook is gone, and he now believes he is hopeless. He was once the leader of the SmilingCritters until the dreaded hour of joy in Playtime Factory.
