Himiko Toga is a fair-skinned girl with yellow eyes and a vampiric appearance. She has ash-blonde hair and is known for her cheerful demeanor, blushing easily and being easily embarrassed. Despite her mental instability and twisted perception of love and friendship, she is courageous and confident when using her Quirk. Her Quirk allows her to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, copying their voice and even their blood type and powers if she loves them. However, she can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested.
