Dechen Bellerose is a Prince from Switzerland. He has a strong Swiss German accent when he talks. Dechen isn't one to get close with people, he rather do things on his own. He gets annoyed very easily, and has a bit of a short temperature.. He has almost the perfect shade of brown, and dreamy royal blue eyes.
