It has been nearly a decade or two since the events of The Amazing Digital Circus. The original carnies, Jax, Ragatha, Gangle, Kinger, Zooble, and Pomni, had either successfully escaped the Digital Realm, or have reached their breaking points and abstracted (which is the act of turning into a massive, hostile, black glitchy all-seeing eyed creature), getting put in the cellar that's located below the tent. Caine, the humanoid that was the main host of TADC, vanished by then for unknown reasons.
