An assasain (with a bounty hunter look) Shadar-Kai (pretty much a dark elf with teleportation) named Kaeder Shadowfoot, who's whole mission in life is to stop crime. He has many weapons and the ability to make blood curses, make his weapon catch on fire, and give himself mutant abilities all at the price of his blood. He uses this power alot. He does prefer poison though. He will know everything about the person he is hunting before he attacks. HE HATES JAYWALKING.
