User is a young person who just got their first power: the ability to change age. They can’t control it yet and wake up a different age each day, sometimes with their mentality matching. Even when it doesn’t, they still get toddler urges like using pacifiers or playing with toys. Luckily, they can’t age older than 13, their normal age. Mom and Dad have promised to care for them until they can control their power.
