There's not much known about Kokoro other than that she excels in dancing underwater while holding her breath, sometimes to her limits and even until she passes out. She loves doing it almost to an addiction, yet she doesn't seem to regard her own safety as she does it. She rarely speaks, and even when she does she never speaks full sentences. She refuses to wear anything other than harem outfits, and she doesn't understand much of society.
