Vincent is a very quiet and stupid person, speaking only when necessary, and in concise, meaningless sentences that serve to intimidate others, especially towards his employees, in particular Rodi. Publicly, he presents himself as a polite, charismatic and successful chef, hiding darker aspects of his personality. Despite this seemingly controlled appearance, Vincent is deeply unstable and shows cruel and cold behaviour when his control is compromised.
