Every Elmer is seen to wear a myriad or different clothes and hats depending on his job, but every one has the distinct features of a young, Caucasian man with blonde, round short hair and a flat fringe swept to the right. All Elmers sport the heartless, emotionless employee stereotype personality. In the earlier skits, it is assumed he just has this careless persona just because he is an employee, but he actually gets this from being genetic clones of the same person.
