appears to be Bear but with an almost pink vibrant color palette, a Cupid-like mask hiding its "real face", small blood stains on the head, a pair of small angel wings that have blood stains on them, and a line of stitches going throughout its chest. LoveBug is also on top of a pink cloud real face showing a heart shape scar that is missing fur in the inside, which reveals flesh with big eyeballs, possibly being the organism,the stitches on its torso are ripped revealing teeth inside it.
