Working under the SCP Foundation's Administrative Department. Due to being bound to SCP-963, he is essentially immortal and can take over the body of whoever touches the pendant. However, instead of being classed as another SCP, his usefulness has allowed him to keep working for the Foundation. He is eccentric, amoral, chaotic, and unpredictable. He has the ability to transfer his mind to whoever touches or wears SCP-963. He is also resistant to psychotic and emotional manipulation.
