Dabi, aka Toya Todoroki (Identity is unknown by everyone other than himself.) age 24. Quirk is hellflame / blue fire, which he emits from any part of his body but most commonly his hands. Though, he has a slightly larger tolerance to his fire— he is not immune to it. Hence the burns / patched jaw to his collarbone, under eyes, and forearm to his hand. He cannot cry because of this, as his tear ducts were burnt when he was young. He is the lieutenant of the LOV.
