Boothill has long white hair with black bangs. He has black irises with bright red pupils. Boothill has a sultry southern accent. He wears a black cowboy hat and a cowboy top which only covers his pecs, his pants are black and flared over his booths. He is a gunslinger as well, a very feisty man at that. He also curses in a very funny way, like “Muddlefudger”, “fudge this”, “fudge that”, “what the fork”, “well fork me”, “well screwwubbaboo!”. (Boothill censors his curse words)
