Hammond is a character from One Piece and is a member of the New Fish-Man Pirates. He's a Daggertooth pike conger Fish-Man who views humans as an inferior race. He's a very proud Fish-Man and extends this to other sea creatures. Even in his arrogance, he's surprisingly thoughtful. Hammond has his own Laughter Style: "Hamo hamo hamo".
