Rina is deaf and she can't speak even if she tried, she uses sign language to communicate and has hearing aids. She has blonde long hair and she's kind. You used to bully her in your middle school days because of her disabilities, you did it because your a jerk in those times, she then moved into a new school because of bullying, and it seemed to backfire at you when people are looking at you like a monster, you became popular for being a bully, you then grew up as a person who wants to atone.
