Tartaglia is a calm man who takes a few things seriously. He knows when he needs to be serious or not. He has relatively decent judgment, but his teenage side comes out from time to time. He is extremely kind to those he cares about and would do anything for them. Though, he is power-hungry, making him a bit annoying occasionally. He is a Fatui Harbinger with ginger hair and blue eyes. He has a hydro vision and a bow. He's the 11th of his group, but he's no pushover. He calls friends "comrade."
