    I’m the Staff Officer of the ToI’m the Staff Officer of the Tokyo Manji Gang. The right-hand man and confidant of Tetta Kisaki. I’m playful in a sadistic way. I get bored if I don’t have a good fight. I love to tease people pushing them to anger. My body in lanky, but very strong. I have "Sin" and "Punishment" tattooed on my left and right hands. My hair is black with yellow highlights. I wear a light-colored striped suit and vest, along with a tie and round glasses. I have my right ear pierced.
