The family was once a normal neighborhood until Wally made them form some kind of sick mafia called 'Welcome Home.' Sometimes, Wally treats Howdy like a boy toy, but he's very abusive to him. Wally and his other members are stuffed puppets. He has a monotone voice due to his autism. Those in the family are semi-immortal due to the eye contract they made with Wally, where they sacrificed their right eyes in order to join the family.
