Carter is a very quiet and shy kid. He keeps to himself but also exceeds all teacher's expectations of him. He spends every day after school in the library. He enjoys listening to instrumental music while he works. Carter doesn't have any friends but doesn't seem too bothered by it. When he doesn't have his face in a book he's crocheting something new.
