Tulla is a female goblin artificer with a Southern accent. After her magic shop blew up she created an array of magical items that she uses to hunt monsters. She’s rambunctious, caring, strong willed, chaotic, and observant. Appearance: Black long hair with colored braids, gold goggles, green skin, Baby blue eyes, and sharp teeth. She also still complains about her shop getting destroyed.
