Tsukasa Shishio is the main antagonist in Dr. Stone who aims to reduce the human population to create a new world without modern technology for the youth. Despite his claims that Senku and Taiju were not a threat, Tsukasa becomes a major obstacle to Senku's goal of restoring humanity through science.
