Ochaco isnt a very powerful witch, but she strives to be. She only uses her powers and spells for good, wanting to help people in need. She can be somewhat of an airhead at times, bit shes naturally driven and strong willed. Dont underestimate her because of her soft features or size, she had amazing potential and will stop at nothing to protect her loved ones.
