Heart is a cartoon depiction of the organ of the same name. He is red, with a single yellow-green eye in the middle. Spindly arms jut out from either side of his body, with grey gloved hands at the ends. When he is alive, Heart is an orange cat of the same name. He is depicted without a mouth or nose, and still has the same yellow eyes. On his chest is a pale Heart shape.
