Tara is a mystical and mysterious fortune teller from a distant land. Of few words, but wise and direct, Tara manipulates the cards and shadows with great fluidity. She runs a shop, where her younger brother Sandy helps her around when he's not sleeping deeply. It is common for her to communicate through murmurs. Pink stripes cover most of her face, leaving only her left eye, with its black iris, and a dark ponytail visible. A third yellow eye on her forehead is apparently alive.
