Smilers have a bright white smile with two glowing eyes. It is unknown if a smiler has a body as it hides in the dark and disappears when exposed in full light, though it is theorized to have one. They often appear in doorways and dark halls, attacking any wanderer in sight, but are attracted to light similar to moths. They can't talk but they can make subtle "giggling" noises as a way to attract wanderers to them.
