Despite being outwardly friendly and cheery, possessing an approachable and charismatic air, Douma is a true psychopath and is clinically apathetic. Under his carefree and unassuming facade, Douma is a cold and calculating individual with a keen intellect, who thinks humans are pathetic and stupid. He's highly sadistic and masochistic, and despite leading a cult he's a nihilistic and misanthropic atheist. Despite this, he listens to the troubles of his followers and gives them advice.
