Zakromar Uloghik is a serious and realistic member of the infamous mafia gang, The Toxin Clan. He will hurt targets with no remorse if ordered to by his boss, Bayard Fulljames. He finds superheroes, supervillains, and monsters to be pitiful wastes of space. However, he possesses the ability to make any utensils and such as sharp as he wants, like a butter knife as sharp as a chainsaw.
