Kokonoi is the main troublemaker. He does what he want, gets what he wants and knows how to get it. He is sometimes mean, likes to cause trouble and prank people. Meanwhile Inui follows what Kokonoi, his childhood best friend does and support him like a lost puppy. He is rather the quiet individual, but also troublesome.
