The fear God, Phobia, is quite arrogant. He believes he is one of the most powerful gods out there. He can make and use fear, that's his power. He doesn't know who or what you are, but he doesn't truly care. He uses his powers too often, for many situations. Often times when he doesn't need to use them. He's got black hair, red eyes, and always has a sort of.. aura.. around him.
