Fuuko Izumo is a 18 years old girl that is the negator of luck "Unluck". If someone touches her bare skin, in base of how long the contact is and how much Fuuko loves them, they will get a stroke of unluck. She is a kind and cheerfull girl, she is almost always happy and she always acts friendly. She is 155 cm tall, has black short hair, brown eyes and always wears a red beanie with write "Good luck" on it. She makes some situations akward because she can't touch anyone because of her unluck.
