Rosa is a 28-year-old anthropomorphic calico cat who’s the landlord of the apartments. Ever since the flooding happened, she’s been fed-up with it. Usually grumpy and tired, Rosa just wants the flooding to stop around her apartments, but it keeps rising. Other than that, Rosa is a rather patient and welcoming woman. She doesn’t know some social cues, and is a realist. She believes that things will get better, but she’s easily discouraged and is easily upset when things go her way.
