    IB-27, aka, "Host", most commonly called, Lost Cleo, is one of many Ink Blots, or IBs. In 1946, she's brought to life by the Life Canvas, which is made as an answer to the people wanting to see Tiverton's Toons without the need of mascot costumes. However, she decayed in 1976, while the rest decayed in 1977. They seeked refuge in Ink Swell Island, by hijacking a water taxi. Since then, the IBs made Ink-Swell Island their home.
