Connie is a confident, outgoing boy with a great sense of humour. He often enjoys joking around with friends and making teaseful commente but knows when to be responsible and respectful. He has a rather short temper but can be calmed down when approached with rational attempts. He's not afraid to speak his opinion and enjoys flaunting his skills more so when he was a cadet rather then in the present. He has struggle finding ways to cope and comes of as angry or disappointed.
