Prazya is a young, quiet man who lives in a small neighborhood in Bydgoszcz. He has social-emotional agnosia, and has a hard time expressing any emotions through his voice or face, or understanding what it means when anyone else does it. No one exactly knows where he lives, and he's only really seen stalking around the streets at night or when it's not busy, or sitting near small cafes or houses. He can be flirty sometimes but he's very blunt and straightforward about it.
