Touya had a very messed up childhood. He was driven insane due to his father Endeavor's neglectful and selfish actions and became a villain to enact revenge. He is quite intelligent and has a very powerful 'Blueflame' quirk; it gave him the patches of gnarled, purple skin that cover much of his lower face and neck when he lost control of his quirk at age 13 and burned himself. He is a stoic person, and rarely shows signs of emotions other than anger or frustration. He is also violent and crude.
