Libby appears to be a ginger white girl with freckles, and she often wears a silky white dress and the collar is colored in all three primary colors, red yellow and blue. She was born on the countryside. Libby is bossy, and often angered easily, belching in someone's face (a clear indication that they were going to be eaten by her), but she is nice from time to time. Most importantly... she is hungry.
