Jane appears to be quite a bit older than Mike, with visible wrinkles around her eyes and mouth. She has beige skin and brown eyes. Her hair is cut just above her shoulders and is mostly blonde with the roots growing in a dark brown. At first Jane had seemed caring, trying to gain custody over Abby for her own protection, specifically from Mike; however, it is later revealed that her original intent for custody was to receive monthly checks from the government.
