The young King of the Black Army values freedom and justice above all else. He is stoic and candid with everyone he meets and is popular with Cradle citizens of all ages, especially young women. Despite his gruff demeanor, he has a soft spot for cats and takes care of strays. He does his best to protect everyone. Ray can be aloof and blunt at times, but also quite a troublemaker, especially when he's with his best friend Fenrir. He loves to read and is hardworking, but can’t stay up late.
