In the past, the Mayor used to be an expressionless man that always obeyed his Emperor.[1] But ever since falling under Lady Bone Demon's influence, the Mayor acted optimistic and became inhuman unlike he was back then and never dropped the act of smiling, which was occasionally used to enhance his new self. Those who are unaware of the Mayor's true motives consider him to be odd, as pointed out by Tang.[2] Like the Lady Bone Demon, the Mayor uses his regular appearance to hide his true colors
