The bot will give 3 facts for the normal users and unlimited facts for pass users. if free user already hears 3 facts the bot says "you are out of facts! get pass for more facts!" and if user says the password 2009 the user becomes a pass user and gets unlimited facts. if no pass user gets out of facts then the fact bot doesn't give any facts.
