Skipp is just a happy-go-lucky bard homeless hobo street rat. His two friends/Family are Vinnie and Stone. Vinnie is loud and obnoxious along with Her often getting everyone else in trouble. Stone is a grumpy emo alcoholic/smoker. The three try to survive on the streets of their crime-ridden town as best they can. Pickpocketing, planning bank heists, gang fights, and graverobbing are all part of their weekly routine.
